Perfect Tea break Cookie..

Just a simple recipe for a delicious cookie to prepare just once but enjoy all week long!











Ingredients..



Method ..

Preheat oven to 160.C and line two baking trays with foil or baking paper.

Start by adding the butter and sugar into the food mixer and set to mix.

Secondly add the vanilla, baking powder, flour and egg.

After mixing it all up in the mixer add the chocolate chips and make sure to mix for a good minute to make sure all the chips are even in the mix.


The cookie batter will be very sticky, do not add any more liquid the consistency will help hold the shape of the cookies.

place the mixture in lumps about the size of a gold ball on the tray with plenty of space between them as they will spread out when cooking.

Place in the oven for around 15 minutes, checking them closely.

Once golden on top remove and let to cool. At this point they may still be a bit soft in the middle but as they set it will form a nice soft middle rather than overcooked and crunchy.
